Mechanism action of Bromodiphenhydramine
Bromodiphenhydramine competes with free histamine for binding at
HA-receptor sites. This antagonizes the effects of histamine on
HA-receptors, leading to a reduction of the negative symptoms brought on
by histamine HA-receptor binding.
