Mechanism action of Cefmenoxime
The bactericidal activity of cefmenoxime results from the inhibition of
cell wall synthesis via affinity for penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs).
Cefmenoxime is stable in the presence of a variety of b-lactamases,
including penicillinases and some cephalosporinases.
